On Saturday, April 19, come out to the greenhouse for our 3rd annual kids Easter event! Festivities include face painting, a petting zoo, a visit from the Easter bunny, an Easter themed plant craft, and an decorated photo op for families to enjoy.

Baller Food will be on site with drinks and food available to purchase.

TICKET DETAILS

For kids over age 3 & up*, tickets include:

• a fabulous face paint (by MP Make-up Artistry)
• a visit with bunnies and dwarf goats (courtesy of PG Mobile Petting Zoo)
• an Easter themed decorated pot and tropical to take home

For kids aged 1-2*, tickets include everything as above except a face paint.

***NOTE*** If your child is between the ages of 2-3 and has received a face paint from MP Make-up Artistry previously, at your discretion you can purchase the (age 3 & up) ticket for them that includes the face paint. Ultimately, it is at MP Make-up Artistry's discretion to provide a face paint for any child under 3 years old.

TICKET EXEMPTIONS

Admission is free for babies and young toddlers (kids not yet walking) who will not be getting a face paint, craft or access to the petting zoo.

Admission is free for adults accompanying kids to this event (including access to the Petting Zoo with your kids).

However:

• if you are an adult and want the Easter craft, face paint, and petting zoo access purchase a ticket for kids over age 3 & up.

TICKET PRICE

Early Bird ticket pricing (before April 1): $28 for children age 3+ and $24 for children age 1-2.

After April 1

$30 each for children age 3+ and $26 for children age 1-2.

Tickets are limited.

HOURS & OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

The Carrot Patch is open 10 am - 3 pm. Purchase a ticket for the time slot that you wish to arrive at the Carrot Patch. (Your departure time is not set; we are simply trying to smooth out traffic flow and minimize wait times for the activities.)

Please dress comfortably for whatever Mother Nature shall throw our way. The event will be held under cover, but it may be a bit chilly.

Pick up your tickets at our ticket booth on the day of event at Hunniford Gardens (8845 Aquarius Road, Prince George). We are located 11 km down Chief Lake Road. Some parking is available within the upper and lower lots, with overflow parking on the right side only of Aquarius Road. 

Please note: tickets are transferable but not refundable.
